What to Expect During Our Screening Process

To maintain the highest standards for the families we serve, all caregiver applicants complete a thorough screening process, which may include:

✓ Motor vehicle record review (when applicable)

✓ Verification of certifications and qualifications

Only candidates who successfully complete our screening process will be considered for placement opportunities.

✓ Certification information (CPR, First Aid, etc.)

✓ Availability and scheduling details

Peach & Petal carefully verifies employment history and professional references. Providing false, inaccurate, or unverifiable information may result in removal from consideration for placement opportunities.

For nanny and babysitting positions:

Three professional references are required.
Childcare-related references are preferred.
Family members may not be used as references.
References will not be contacted until after your interview.
